Responsibilities

- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions, mitigating risks while capitalizing on emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate future-forward solutions into current development cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer 2026-relevant technologies
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in strategic foresight methodologies and emerging tech assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Track record of successfully launching at least two major technological initiatives with 3+ year development cycles
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, CFP) or innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL)
