Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026-2030 technology strategy aligned with global market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and climate-tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and venture labs
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board with data-driven impact projections
- Manage a $15M innovation fund for early-stage technology acquisitions
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across 5 global product divisions
- Mentor a team of 8 futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in scaling technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets and managing innovation portfolios
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature Futures, TechCrunch)
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or German preferred
