Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying high-impact opportunities in AI, automation, and data science.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends to forecast their potential impact on our industry and internal operations.
- Feasibility Studies: Lead pilot programs and feasibility assessments for experimental technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives for investors, board members, and engineering teams.
- Partnership Management: Identify and vet potential acquisitions or partnerships with startups disrupting the tech landscape in 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior strategy, consulting, or R&D role, with a specific focus on future tech or innovation.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current AI/ML paradigms and a demonstrated ability to predict and evaluate future tech trends (e.g., AGI, Edge Computing, Quantum).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
- Critical Thinking: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources to make strategic decisions.
