- Lead the creation and execution of the company's 5-year technology roadmap with a focus on the 2026 horizon.
- Analyze emerging technology trends and assess their impact on business operations.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to pilot and integrate innovative solutions.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify strategic partnerships with tech vendors and startups to accelerate innovation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Strong background in Digital Transformation and AI implementation.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to forecast industry shifts.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
