- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Oversee patent portfolios and IP strategies for future-proof solutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching commercialized innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D initiatives with measurable ROI
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
