Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology roadmapping for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, bioinformatics, Web3)
- Develop AI-driven risk mitigation frameworks for tech adoption
- Manage $10M+ R&D budget across 3 innovation centers
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders Program
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 clients and investors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise tech with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record of launching award-winning future-tech products
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on tech forecasting
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global partnerships
- Certified in AWS/GCP/Azure and TOGAF frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable tech architecture design
