Responsibilities

- Develop and present technology adoption roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic factors affecting technology adoption
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Create predictive models for technology disruption across industry verticals
- Drive organizational change management for future technology integration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment preferred
