Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven 2020+ horizon planning experience
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and post-quantum cryptography
- Track record scaling AI/ML systems at enterprise scale
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier IEEE journals
- Proficiency in forecasting tech adoption curves and regulatory impacts
