- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position Nexus at the innovation forefront
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with accountability for resource allocation
- Foster strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Certified Strategic Planning Professional (CSPP) or equivalent preferred
