- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget across experimental projects and partnerships
- Mentor a team of 8-12 technologists in future-focused methodologies
- Present findings to industry boards and contribute to thought leadership publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions across enterprise environments
- Expertise in quantum computing fundamentals or advanced biotech integration
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams and budgets >$3M
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging tech applications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
