Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of launching technologies with >$50M revenue impact or market disruption
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum computing, decentralized systems, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex technical and business data
- Experience with scenario planning, technology forecasting, and risk mitigation frameworks
