Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI/ML, quantum systems, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and futurists in prototype development
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global innovation hubs
- Present future technology frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across product lifecycle
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Monitor geopolitical tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026+ landscape
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record delivering quantum/AI roadmaps with measurable ROI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology design
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from DARPA/NSF
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM/Google) and Systems Thinking
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
