- Architect sustainable digital infrastructure frameworks for climate-resilient industries
- Establish innovation KPIs tracking technology adoption curves and ROI
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Drive patent development in decentralized systems and neuromorphic computing
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Proven track record scaling quantum computing or AI infrastructure projects
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Certified in TOGAF 10.0 and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for future technology initiatives
- Published author in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
