Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with global tech incubators, academic institutions, and venture capital firms
- Develop predictive analytics models for emerging tech adoption and competitive landscape analysis
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, tech showcases, and thought leadership forums
- Oversee $15M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused technology portfolio management
- Mentor CTOs and emerging tech leaders on future-proofing digital infrastructure
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, biotech integration, Web3 infrastructure, or climate tech
- Portfolio of launched products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Published research in IEEE, Nature, or top-tier tech journals
- Executive presence with successful stakeholder management at C-suite/board level
- Certification in Agile Transformation and Technology Futures Forecasting
