- Partner with academia/government on regulatory frameworks for emerging tech

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or disruption analysis
- Proven track record scaling innovative R&D initiatives
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management
