Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or post-quantum cryptography
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
