Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and regulatory shifts
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track innovation ROI and technology adoption
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry consortia
- Mentor technical teams on emerging technologies and future-proofing methodologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating strategy to execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global organizations
