As part of our Innovation Division, you'll collaborate with R&D, engineering, and product teams to develop long-term technology strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and excels at translating complex technological trends into actionable business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and assess commercial viability for 2026 market integration
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews in emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage technology scouting
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating technology trends into business value
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan) highly desirable
