- Innovation Labs: Lead pilot programs and experimental initiatives to test disruptive technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate high-level strategy into technical requirements.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor technology stacks and industry shifts to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Future-Oriented: Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies 3-5 years ahead of market adoption.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex future scenarios to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling manner.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud architecture, and AI integration.
