- Partner with product teams to translate future trends into commercial opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for emerging technology incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
