- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and societal trends
- Lead ideation workshops for next-gen product concepts and service innovations
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and industry partners
- Monitor global tech policy developments affecting future innovation landscapes
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for early tech adoption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching technology products with 3+ year planning horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile innovation environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
