Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable technology adoption and ethical implementation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage cross-functional teams executing pilot programs for emerging technologies
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for next-gen tech domains
- Author thought leadership publications on technology futures and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning for emerging technologies or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps with 3+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation portfolios or R&D initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTe) or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
