Responsibilities
- Analyze quantum computing, neurotech, and climate AI trends to inform 5-year strategic plans
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating blockchain with IoT and renewable energy systems
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and human-centric automation
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire disruptive startups in deep tech
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
- Design scalable innovation labs in 3 key global markets (Asia-Pacific, EU, LATAM)
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and technology foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/AR)
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ ARR in future-tech sectors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, emerging AI Acts)
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech commercialization cycles
