Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, prioritizing breakthrough innovations in quantum AI and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen prototypes with potential market impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with research labs and industry pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible innovation
- Present technology vision and progress to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 5+ futurists and technologists through quarterly innovation sprints
- Track global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in emerging technologies with 3+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record launching at least 2 breakthrough tech products or initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts to actionable plans
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams
- Strong network within tech innovation communities and research institutions
