Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends beyond 5-year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Track record of translating tech strategy into executable business plans
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
