Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI, climate-positive tech) for market viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, product managers, and external partners
- Produce competitive intelligence reports and patent landscape analyses
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Advise executive leadership on technological investments and partnerships
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends beyond 5-year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Strong network with academic institutions and industry research labs
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology planning deliverables
