Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and biometric interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping AR/VR experiences for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and government innovation boards
- Drive patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies in decentralized AI
- Mentor researchers in applied ethics of autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published work in Nature/Science on AI or quantum applications
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in federated learning and edge computing architectures
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Speaker at TED/World Economic Forum events (required)
