Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives for 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying next-gen digital solutions
- Present technology strategy insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption metrics
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field with 8+ years in strategic technology planning
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps with successful implementation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and business data
- Strong stakeholder management experience presenting to C-suite and external partners
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CIO Strategy certification, TOGAF) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing previous futuristic technology initiatives and their business impact
