- Drive prototyping cycles for next-gen solutions using agile methodologies
- Develop intellectual property portfolios with 15+ patent filings annually
- Mentor innovation specialists through structured growth programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Design Thinking or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
