Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) and assess their strategic implications
- Facilitate innovation workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor threats to identify first-mover opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven impact projections
- Build and maintain a network of industry thought leaders and technology pioneers
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation (preferred)
