Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum machine learning and generative AI
- Develop novel algorithms achieving AGI milestones for 2026 deployment
- Architect autonomous systems with ethical decision-making frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design AI-optimized silicon
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier AI conferences
- Mentor junior researchers through our exclusive AI Academy program
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced AI research with 2+ peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Proven track record of deploying production-scale AI systems
- Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Strong Python/C++ proficiency with PyTorch/TensorFlow mastery
- Experience securing DoD/EU AI research funding preferred
