Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap focusing on AI ethics and quantum applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen sustainable tech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Drive innovation through competitive analysis and market trend forecasting
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on emerging technologies
- Represent company at global tech conferences and standards committees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ technical professionals
- Published research or patents in quantum computing or sustainable tech
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
