Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and neuro interfaces
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum research labs and AI accelerators
- Drive patent development for proprietary tech solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Mentor emerging tech specialists through our Future Leaders program
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and investors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing next-gen technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech interfaces, AR/VR
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience scaling tech initiatives across global markets
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international partnerships
