- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3) into core product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology innovation ROI and track implementation success
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, blockchain)
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into executable business strategies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
- Certifications in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO, CDIO)
