Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating disruptive innovations into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and implementation priorities
- Produce horizon-scanning reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Design resilience frameworks for potential disruptions (climate, geopolitical, technological)
- Champion ethical innovation and sustainable future-proofing initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or global enterprise leadership teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics (required)
- Proficiency in futures research tools (Delphi, horizon scanning, simulation modeling)
