Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies with market impact
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology convergence, or spatial computing
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology foresight methodologies
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M for R&D initiatives
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
