Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution through 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business operations
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading research institutions, startups, and government agencies
- Oversee innovation pipeline management from ideation to commercialization
- Drive organizational culture of technological agility and continuous learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing successful innovation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, IP frameworks, and market dynamics
