Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive technologies
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital governance
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire transformative startups
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for emerging tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Deep understanding of technology convergence and disruption patterns
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data
