- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating future technologies with existing business frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and regulatory changes
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments with 5-year ROI projections
- Author thought leadership reports on technology's societal and economic impact
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem scanning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology training
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- MBA or Master's in Technology/Innovation Management preferred
