Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, AR/VR, bio-integrated systems)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions to create competitive advantage frameworks
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints with R&D partners across Silicon Valley
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and tech adoption metrics
- Author thought leadership on technology evolution trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year innovation pipelines
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of tech ethics and sustainable innovation principles
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience scaling tech ecosystems in Fortune 500 or startup environments
- Certifications in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
