Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy aligned with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain) into core product ecosystems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to prioritize technology investments and R&D initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and technology consortia
- Monitor technology adoption curves and competitive landscapes to recommend strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD or MBA strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and market analysis methodologies
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex technical and business information
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for multi-year execution
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Certifications in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO School, Singularity University) a plus
