- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology startups and research institutions
- Manage innovation budgets exceeding $10M for experimental projects
- Drive organizational change initiatives to prepare for technological paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends with 3+ years horizon planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech)
