Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and engineers
- Present foresight findings to industry consortiums and investors
- Drive patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Strong background in technology ethics and governance
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
