Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact models
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Drive patent strategy with 15+ new IP filings annually
- Lead ethics committees for responsible AI deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite/VP roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- Strong network with VC firms and academic institutions
- Experience with ISO 26000 sustainability frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
