Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives and shareholder value
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio through vendor evaluation, risk assessment, and ROI optimization
- Champion agile methodologies across 15+ engineering teams while ensuring compliance with ESG standards
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and industry stakeholders at global tech forums
- Mentor senior technologists in future-proofing infrastructure and cybersecurity paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record executing multi-year digital transformation initiatives (> $100M budget)
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, Web3 infrastructure, or sustainable tech
