Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market impact through 2026
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry thought leaders
- Monitor competitor tech portfolios and identify strategic differentiation points
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and commercializing innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business, or Engineering
- Experience building partnerships with academic research institutions
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in emerging technology (e.g., AI Strategy, Quantum Leadership) preferred
