Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum systems
- Partner with policy advisors to shape emerging technology regulations
- Drive innovation sprints with venture-backed startups in our accelerator program
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio with ROI-focused KPI tracking
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, Rust)
- Experience securing DoE/DARPA grants or equivalent innovation funding
