Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, IoT, and quantum computing into enterprise ecosystems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future-state visions
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging tech adoption
- Present future technology strategies to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to pilot implementation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
