Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify high-impact opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Ensure compliance with emerging tech regulations and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing future-forward technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
