Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess their strategic implications for business operations
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology roadmap aligned with global market trends and organizational objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of technological foresight across departments
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks impacting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business with specialization in innovation strategy
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (e.g., Web3, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and securing buy-in for strategic initiatives
- Strong project management background with PMP or equivalent certification preferred
